Attorneys Alicia Kutzer and Bill Olson discuss our amicus brief filed at the U.S. Supreme Court in Calce  v. City of New York, a case challenging a New York City ordinance banning the sale and possession of electric stun guns including tasers, primarily used in self-defense, subject to criminal prosecution, monetary fines and even imprisonment for up to one year.  Our brief argues that stun guns are protected under the Second Amendment and prior Supreme Court decisions.
